We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead HR initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organizational design, succession planning, and business acumen to support the company's growth and strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with leadership across multiple departments and contribute to shaping the future of the organization.
This is a Hybrid position- offering a salary target of $130,000-$160,000 including health benefits, dental, vision, short and long term, 401k with a match and PTO.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support business growth.
• Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders for critical roles.
• Design and optimize organizational structures to improve efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with department leaders, including IT, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain, to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Oversee employee relations activities, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Manage and enhance HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
• Utilize Workday and other tools to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic planning and long-term workforce development.
• Address complex HR issues with innovative problem-solving and actionable solutions.
• Foster a culture of adaptability and growth within a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred.
• Proven experience in HR leadership within a corporate manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of organizational design and succession planning.
• Expertise in HRIS systems, such as Workday, and employee onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to build strong partnerships across departments and communicate effectively with leadership.
