The
Regional Human Resources Director (RHRD) is a key member of the Regional Management team. The position reports to Operations and oversees human resources operations, compliance, and strategy across multiple facilities to support staff retention and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care HR management.
- Prior supervisory or regional HR experience preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
