Role Overview:
- The Director of HRIS provides strategic vision and hands-on leadership for Human Resources Information Systems within the Office of Talent Management (OTM). This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, project coordination, and system governance while ensuring HR technology solutions support both current and future business needs.
- You would partner closely with OTM leadership, Information Systems, and the CISO to drive HRIS strategy, data integrity, system integrations, and best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing strategic leadership and direction for HRIS platforms
- Managing HRIS projects, budgets, timelines, and priorities
- Overseeing HR system integrations with enterprise applications
- Translating HR and business processes into technical requirements
- Ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with best practices
- Supporting analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Partnering with HR, IT, and Security teams to execute strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HRIS experience
- Strong Workday experience (required)
- UKG experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ideal Candidate Would Include: A candidate with HR operations experience along with HRIS. Also, if the HRIS department has reported up through HR vs IT.
