Salary: $120k-$130k

A hospitality group in New York City is looking for a great Human Resource Director to run and operate their HR department!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-growing, dynamic environments; hospitality or restaurant industry experience required.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Lead all human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, benefits, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations
- Oversee recruiting strategies for hourly and management positions in collaboration with operations leaders
- US Work authorization is required
