We are partnering with a luxury retail brand seeking a Sr HR Manager to support their Southern region. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding. This role will work closely with store leadership teams and partner with other members of the HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on HR support
- Manage employee relations for store locations
- Lead full cycle recruiting process
- Management of the annual performance review process
- Partner with HR team to support with implementing new programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Retail HR experience
- Available to go into office 4x week
Preferred Skills:
Compensation: $120,000-130,000
