Title: Senior Director of Human Resources

Job Summary:
Our client, a global lifestyle brand, is looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources to help build and scale their team and culture in their new Miami office. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a senior HR leader who thrives in growth environments and is energized by building teams from the ground up. The initial focus will be heavily centered on recruitment and talent strategy, with the opportunity to evolve into a broader people leadership role as the Miami office grows.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruiting efforts for the Miami office, partnering closely with leadership to attract top-tier talent
- Build a strong recruiting culture and employer brand aligned with the client's identity and values
- Develop and implement foundational HR processes as the office scales
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy, culture, and organizational growth
- Own key HR functions including onboarding, employee experience, performance management, and compliance
- Help shape a modern, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture reflective of the brand
- Over time, build and lead an HR team as headcount grows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior-level HR experience with significant hands-on recruitment leadership
- Experience building teams in fast-growing or newly established offices strongly preferred
- Background in media, entertainment, consumer-facing, or brand-driven companies is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site in a dynamic, collaborative environment
