HR Manager – Manufacturing
Location: On-site (2 locations)
Comp: $80–90K base + potential annual bonus
Schedule: 6:00am–3:00pm or 7:00am–4:00pm (flexibility required)
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager with manufacturing experience to step into a critical role supporting a fast-paced operation. This is a key leadership position overseeing HR for 100+ warehouse/manufacturing employees across two plants. Startup experience strongly preferred — you’ll need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary HR partner for plant leadership and operations
- Own employee relations: coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Manage hourly workforce HR needs in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention for high-volume roles
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety policies, and company procedures
- Lead HR processes including disciplinary actions, terminations, and policy implementation
- Help build and improve HR practices as the organization grows
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing experience is a MUST
- HR Manager or HR Generalist background supporting hourly/warehouse employees
- Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
- Strong employee relations and leadership presence on the floor
- Flexible schedule and comfort being on-site and visible
