Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Manager at Duroshox. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating training and development programs. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner for leadership, driving initiatives to foster a positive work culture and operational excellence. This role will pay a base salary between 80K-90K.
Qualifications
- Ten years of Manufacturing experience preferred
- Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Retention strategies
- Experience in Employee Engagement, Training, and Development planning
- Proficiency in drafting and implementing HR policies, as well as managing Compensation and Benefits
- Strong understanding of Compliance with Labor Laws and Employment Regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with different working departments
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
