Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Director based in Claremore, OK. The Human Resources Director will oversee all HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive workplace culture, coaching managers, supporting recruitment efforts, and addressing organizational needs in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment
- Proficiency in Performance Management systems, including goal-setting and evaluation processes
- In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) are a plus
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industry is highly desirable
