Role Responsibilities
• Lead HR workstreams within the enterprise M&A program, ensuring alignment with overall deal objectives.
• Drive Day-1 readiness and post-close stabilization for all HR-related activities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and alignment across HR and business leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for HR workstreams.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks to ensure successful execution of integration milestones.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams on M&A best practices and integration processes.
Role Requirements
• 7+ years of experience with specific background in functional strategy, program management, operations, and/or technology functions.
• Preferred 7+ years of related business, project management, organizational effectiveness, change management experience.
• Experience in global companies with several business verticals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate or advanced powerpoint and design skills
• Intermediate excel skills
