We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. This position requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and inquiries.
• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and secure employee data.
• Support HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, policy updates, and compliance checks.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce needs.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs focused on attention to detail.
• Conduct audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making processes.
• Proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and best practices.
• Experience managing employee benefits programs.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
