Human Resources Manager – Houston, TX (On-Site)
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions across U.S. locations. This is a hands-on, operational role managing ~30 employees with full responsibility for HR operations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
What You’ll Do:
🟩 Lead day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
🟩 Drive full-cycle recruiting and seamless onboarding
🟩 Serve as the main HR contact for employee relations and performance issues
🟩 Administer ADP Workforce Now, benefits, and payroll
🟩 Oversee performance reviews, training, and leadership development
What You Bring:
🟩 10–15+ years HR experience, including 3–5+ years in publicly traded U.S. companies
🟩 Advanced ADP Workforce Now proficiency
🟩 Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
🟩 HR certifications preferred (SHRM-CP, PHR)
Location: Houston, TX | On-Site, 5 Days/Week
