Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, and now powered by Swyftx, we have grown in the last nine years to become one of the leading cryptocurrency brokerage firms globally. By fostering a culture of crypto experience married with professional services, we are building the bridge to the traditional financial world. We are seeking a motivated and employee centric individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
We’re expanding into the U.S., and this is your opportunity to be part of that journey.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring a passion for people and a knack for navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’re a relationship-builder at heart, with a track record of offering strategic hiring insights and creative sourcing solutions that make a lasting impact.
How you’ll have an impact:
● Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs across compliance, risk, and financial services functions.
● Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
● Source and engage high-quality candidates using a mix of direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
● Champion Caleb and Brown’s brand in the U.S. market, building our reputation through authentic storytelling and great candidate experiences.
● Collaborate with the global People team to align hiring practices with business goals and local regulations.
● Provide clear and timely communication with stakeholders on hiring progress and market insights.
What you’ll bring
● 5+ years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within fintech or financial services.
● Strong understanding of the U.S. employment market and best practices in sourcing hard-to-find talent.
● Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, influence decisions, and deliver great hiring outcomes.
● Experience contributing to employer brand initiatives in new or emerging markets.
● Global recruitment experience is beneficial, but not essential.
● Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
● A proactive mindset and comfort working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Some of our global benefits include:
● Competitive compensation that recognises experience and impact
● 4 weeks of paid leave (PTO) to rest, recharge, and explore
● 4 Reset Days each year – additional paid days off to pause and prioritise wellbeing
● Remote working arrangements designed around trust and autonomy
● Opportunity to shape Caleb and Brown’s employer brand in a new market
● Premium healthcare through our partners at Aetna
● Work alongside an experienced, passionate international team committed to making an impact
