The Specialist, Experience & Performance will report to the Sr. Director, Talent Experience & Development within the Talent function. This role serves as the backbone supporting Employee Experience and Performance, ensuring reliable and consistent execution of core programs such as onboarding, performance cycle, engagement surveys, and offboarding. This role will coordinate communications, logistics, and reporting to keep programs running smoothly at scale.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PROGRAMS
Execute end-to-end cyclical programs, including, but not limited to, goal setting, mid-year/year-end reviews (My Progress Conversations), engagement surveys (My Experience), key moments, onboarding, and exit survey. Build and maintain project plans, checklists, and timelines, tracking milestones to ensure flawless rollout. Proactively identify and resolve blockers.
COMMUNICATIONS & EMPLOYEE SUPPORT
Draft and distribute employee-facing communications (FAQs, Intranet updates, reminders) Provide support to Talent Business Partners (TBPs), managers, and employees for program tools and deadlines. Maintain clear process guides and updated resources for recurring use and ensure stakeholders can easily find tools and resources in SharePoint.
SYSTEMS & TOOLS MANAGEMENT
Serve as administrator for onboarding, performance, and engagement platforms. Manage workflows, permissions, notifications, and troubleshooting in partnership with IT, Talent Systems, and Global Talent. Monitor platforms usage and adoption, identify gaps, and partner with Employee Experience and Performance managers to resolve barriers.
DATA & REPORTING
Produce regular reports on adoption, participation, and completion for TBPs as well as Experience and Performance managers. Support data capture and provide reports to the Sr. Director. Maintain documented standard operating procedures for recurring programs.
CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT
Collect TBP's feedback after program cycles, recommending improvements to Global Talent when necessary. Suggest process optimizations based on trends in adoption and engagement. Ensure all updates are captured and documented for consistency and sustainability.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 2 to 4 years in HR, Talent, or program operations.
- Strong background in program and/or project coordination, logistics, and administrative support.
- Clear, simple writing skills for employee-facing materials with the ability to explain processes to non-experts.
- Proactive in identifying blockers and offering solutions to keep programs on track.
- Exposure to HR data and process documentation.
- Excellent project coordination, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative in resolving operational issues.
- Responsive and approachable partner for employees, managers, and TBPs
- Mindset of refining processes and documenting updates for scale and consistency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gain support and manage up and across
- Ability to collect, validate, and present data.
- Comfortable managing workflows and troubleshooting issues.
- Works effectively with function managers, TBPs, Talent, and Global Talent partners.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000-$102,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
