About Versus LLC
Versus LLC is a newly formed holding company that will be acquiring strong, durable, cash-flowing businesses across multiple industries (hospitality, restaurants, manufacturing, consumer services, healthcare, and others). We will use disciplined underwriting, high leverage, and rapid integration to scale quickly. All profits will be reinvested to drive continuous acquisitions.
We are at an early stage. As of now:
- The LLC is formed
- A bank account is established
- A fractional HR manager is available
- No internal systems or infrastructure exist yet
The CEO will build everything from scratch.
What You Will Do
- Build the entire operational, HR, finance, and reporting infrastructure from the ground up
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and structuring of acquisitions
- Run operational and financial due diligence
- Build and manage lender relationships and financing strategy
- Oversee all post-close operations across diverse industries
- Develop SOPs, integration playbooks, KPIs, and reporting systems
- Recruit and build the initial leadership team (Ops, Finance, GMs, etc.)
- Manage Directors of Ops, VPs, GMs, and field teams as the portfolio grows
- Drive performance, efficiency, and margin improvement across the portfolio
Initial Note:
You will begin as a 1099 for the first ~2 weeks while you set up HR/payroll infrastructure, then transition into full W-2 CEO status immediately after implementation.
