A global technology company operating across highly regulated industries is hiring an HR Manager to lead its US People function.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone with strong generalist experience, confident navigating US employment law, and passionate about building an inclusive, high-performing culture within a fast-scaling international business.
You’ll act as the go-to HR lead for the US team, partnering closely with global counterparts across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. The company is entering an exciting growth phase — expanding its footprint through new acquisitions and building a new hub in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own HR operations for the US region, from employee relations and compliance to onboarding and performance management.
- Review and align US policies as part of a shift from country-specific frameworks to a unified global model.
- Manage HR projects and process improvements across benefits, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Support M&A activity and integration of newly acquired teams.
- Coach managers on People practices and support leadership development.
- Partner with global HR peers to ensure consistency across regions.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a broad HR generalist or HRBP role within a global organisation.
- Solid understanding of US employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or change initiatives.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder — a true team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- HR degree or equivalent, SHRM-CP preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely, with occasional travel to US or global offices
