We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. In this role, your primary focus will be support to the HR Office. Successful candidates for this position typically have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, human development, or education. Your responsibilities will include improving performance, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support to human resources office.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Good computer and database skills
- Conduct training sessions to staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience as an HR Manager within hospitality in New York City hotel environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
