Responsibilities
- Strengthen employee and management relationships to boost productivity and retention
- Develop managers to become strong people leaders while fostering an inclusive team culture
- Drive change management initiatives and align organizational design with business strategy
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters in compliance with laws
- Guide managers on performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions
- Uphold compliance with policies and legal requirements, promoting fair workplace practices
- Analyze workforce trends to design solutions, policies, and programs that close business gaps
- Negotiate contract terms for promotions and transfers to support career advancement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is a plus
- 5+ years of HR work experience
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Strategic thinker with an ability to coach senior leaders
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Excellent client management and business literacy skills
- Strong conflict management and communication skills
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships
