The Senior Vice President, Human Resources oversees all aspects of the Human Resources function for a rapidly growing, global company. They are seeking a proven HR executive to design and implement a scalable, integrated HR function that supports continued growth, strengthens culture, and ensures compliance across all regions.

Role Summary
Serve as the senior-most HR executive globally, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people strategy in alignment with business goals. This leader will balance strategic vision with operational rigor: building scalable systems, fostering culture, and ensuring the organization’s talent, infrastructure, and leadership are prepared for its next stage of evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full global HR function, overseeing: Compliance & Employee Relations, HR Technology & Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Culture & Engagement and Organizational Development.
- Evaluate and optimize HR systems and vendors.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Collaborate on culture, employer branding, and onboarding initiatives.
- Develop metrics and frameworks to assess organizational health, engagement, and performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the executive team.
Ideal Background & Experience
- Proven track record leading HR across multiple international jurisdictions with a deep understanding of compliance, labor law, and cultural dynamics.
- Operates effectively in ambiguity, balancing compliance with sound business judgment and pragmatism.
- Builds strong relationships across all levels—recognized as a credible and approachable executive partner.
- Demonstrates authenticity, empathy, and executive presence; able to influence senior leaders and board.
- Comfortable leading in lean, high-growth environments where systems and processes are evolving.
- Experience guiding organizations through transformation, integration, and expansion.
- M&A integration experience preferred.
- Recognized for accountability, execution, and setting a tone of operational excellence.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
