Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator – HR to support our corporate human resource’s function. Located onsite at our Corporate HQ in Austin, Texas, this role will report to the Vice President, HR and serve as the central point of coordination within the Corporate HR Team and a key liaison between Corporate HR and other departments, managing key administrative processes, scheduling, documentation, projects, and communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, and embody the professionalism and discretion required to support senior leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Corporate HR Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize confidential personnel records, HR databases, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process, including candidate reach out, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding and offboarding protocols.
- Plan and execute company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, benefits enrollment, and team engagement events.
- Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of Corporate HR.
- Manage vendor communications and support HR with payroll, benefits, and recruitment logistics as needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating needs and proactively addressing administrative challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years total experience supporting executives and HR teams in a corporate or startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, detail orientation, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and HR systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
