- Establish, evaluate, and execute legally compliant HR policies, procedures, and best practices to balance both employee needs and company interests.
- Align HR strategies with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership while directing all areas of HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Human Resource Certification (PHR / SPHR, SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years in a Healthcare environment preferred
- Sound knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Knowledge and experience of HRIS (ADP Workforce Now highly preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software
- Ability to pass background screenings
- Ability to travel as needed
- Willing to work a hybrid work schedule
