Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager)
Location: Norcross, GA (onsite)
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Human Resources professional to partner with key portfolio companies. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, leveraging their expertise to identify, create, and implement innovative HR solutions. This role will focus on developing innovative HR initiatives that meet business needs, using creative problem-solving to enhance programs that support business growth through talent initiatives.
The position offers a blend of hands-on execution and the chance to partner with the business to lead strategic initiatives across the company. It works closely with the Head of Human Resources and other senior business leaders to drive success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive success by implementing innovative talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent assessment, development, top grading and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employee relations matters and HR policies.
- Leverages metrics and data to identify trends, providing recommendations to enhance performance, retention, and employee engagement.
- Partner with Leaders on the development and delivery of employee communication and engagement initiatives.
- Manage the implementation of complex projects from design to completion, including change management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business administration.
- 12+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Experience in a SaaS/cloud platform or tech-driven VAR organization, ideally with exposure to professional services including staff augmentation.
- Excellent ability to influence all organizational levels and make timely, effective, data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to apply advanced customer focus, sound judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, and strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented manner within a complex, fast-paced environment at all organizational levels.
- Proven expertise in Human Resources, including Talent Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Wellness, Employee Engagement and Productivity, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition and Change Management.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP and/or PHR.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Human Resources Management preferred
