HR Generalist – Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Senior HR Generalist :Plays a key leadership role in delivering high-impact HR solutions that foster a positive, compliant, and performance-driven culture. This position partners closely with business leaders and employees across all departments to provide expertise in employee relations, talent management, policy development, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Partnership
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to department heads and key stakeholders, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Partner with Points of Contact (POC) and leadership teams to support business goals and ensure consistent HR practices across all functions.
- Lead the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with company values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, coaching, and employee development.
Performance Management
- Oversee the company’s performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and employee development planning.
- Support leaders in identifying performance gaps and implementing effective coaching and improvement strategies.
- Analyze performance trends to recommend organizational development and training initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, competencies, and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure new hires are effectively integrated into company culture through comprehensive onboarding programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations in line with best practices and legal standards.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events to strengthen culture and retention.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Manage HRIS data accuracy and maintain confidential employee records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead HR audits and policy updates to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and performance management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR policies, programs, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
