We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Human Resources Business Partner to join our leadership team and help drive the future of our workforce. If you thrive on building strategy, empowering people, and supporting a diverse, multi-regional organization, this role is for you.
In this high-visibility role, you will partner directly with the CEO of one of our business units, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters. You will align people strategies with business objectives and take the lead on initiatives that impact talent, culture, and organizational transformation.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational performance, growth, and employee engagement across multiple regions.
- Lead and support the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to managers on employee relations, performance challenges, coaching, and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations, effective communication, and strong documentation, collaborating with HR leadership and legal as needed.
- Champion culture and employee experience by fostering inclusion, building morale, and implementing programs that enhance engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Design and deliver training, feedback sessions, and leadership development programs to support employee growth and succession planning.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, hiring, engagement, etc.) to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and guide decision-making.
- Drive change management initiatives, including acquisitions, restructuring, and cultural transformation, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organization.
- Ensure consistency in HR policy application and compliance across U.S. and Caribbean operations while staying current on regulatory and labor market trends.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 7–8+ years of progressive HR experience, with time spent in an HRBP or leadership role supporting senior executives.
- Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Experience supporting field-based, distributed, or multi-state operations is highly desirable.
- Exposure to HR challenges related to mergers, acquisitions, or restructures is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of employment legislation across U.S. states; Caribbean labor laws a plus.
- Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- A willingness to travel as needed to stay connected with remote teams and regional offices.
