Human Resources Manager - Dallas - 75219

Join our vibrant company of ~200 employees as our sole HR Manager! This exciting role lets you lead HR initiatives, making a big impact in a close-knit, dynamic environment. We need a hands-on expert in employee relations, benefits, and compliance to drive our HR strategy across multiple sites.

What You’ll Do

Manage employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Administer benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement) with expertise.
Ensure compliance with labor laws (Worker’s Comp, FMLA, etc.).
Support multi-site locations with occasional travel.
Oversee payroll, onboarding, and performance management.
Partner with leadership to align HR with business goals.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years in HR and benefits administration.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Knowledge of labor/wage laws (Worker’s Comp, FMLA).
College degree required.
Preferred: payroll for 100+ employees, or ADP Payroll experience. Multi-site experience a plus.
