About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with 2-5 years of professional experience and strong recruiting skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact across all facets of human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives
- Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and company policies
- Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting
- Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a fast-growing or mid-sized company
- Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
