Job Details
The HR Manager will support all aspects of human resources within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, and compliance. This role partners closely with operations leadership to ensure HR practices align with company goals, foster employee engagement, and maintain a safe, productive workplace. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Qualifications
- Background in HR operations with hands-on experience managing employee leave programs, attendance tracking, and supporting company-wide HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in advising managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and other workplace matters.
- Proficient in leveraging HR systems and metrics — experienced in generating, analyzing, and presenting HR reports and data in a clear, actionable format.
