FPC of Greensboro has partnered with a growing, global contract research organization to identify a Director of Human Resources to support their US-based business development team. This position will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business development objectives by enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
The Director of HR will be responsible for onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition within the BD group.
We are seeking candidates with proven experience supporting a BD team in the CRO/CMO/CDMO space. Global experience is a plus.
