We are seeking an exceptional
Human Resources Director, Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Global Operations, specifically the SVP of Global Manufacturing and VP of Global EHS. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our HR Centers of Excellence and play a critical role in shaping our global footprint, talent strategy, and organizational transformation.

You Will Make An Impact By:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO’s direct reports, supporting global operations initiatives including organizational footprint, change enablement, succession planning, and talent strategy.
- Drive global talent strategies in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and provide strategic counsel to leadership by diagnosing gaps between current and desired organizational performance. Implement targeted actions to address gaps in areas such as organizational effectiveness, design, talent management, succession, employee development, executive coaching, and employee relations.
- Provide hands-on strategic guidance for change management and people-related issues, including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and HR initiatives.
- Act as a cultural ambassador across APAC, EMEIA, and the Americas, bringing deep experience in navigating regional nuances and building cross-functional alignment within a highly matrixed organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on executive storytelling, including presentation development for board-level communications.
- Partner with the Talent and Business Partner teams to evolve and embed talent strategies that enable diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
- Participate in company-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning).
- Contribute to the ongoing HR transformation, helping shape the future state of the function.
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-billion dollar, global industrial manufacturing organizations, with deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training.
- 5+ years of experience working in a large, heavily matrixed, multinational company with an employee base of 10,000+.
- 5+ years of global experience working across multiple countries.
You Are Successful and Experienced In:
- Extensive global partnership supporting business leaders and functions across APAC, EMEIA, and the Americas, including on-the-ground cultural immersion and travel-based assignments.
- Supporting organizational transformation, including global strategic initiatives and projects with a data-driven approach. Managing change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.
- Navigating confidently with a hands-on, engaged approach and the agility to operate seamlessly between strategic initiatives and daily tactical execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Influencing across silos, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and thriving in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrating strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to address complex issues, make independent decisions, and take action in a collaborative, service-oriented manner.
- Partnering with and coaching executive leaders, while supporting high-impact storytelling through presentation development and executive-level communications.
- Willingness to travel 10%
This position is a Hybrid role based 3 days per week onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Andover, MA. Candidate must be within commutable driving distance.
