We’re currently searching for an HR Business Partner who will help us scale our exceptional team, ensure our people processes are thoughtful and efficient, and cultivate a culture where collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning thrive.
Your mission:
- Develop an HR strategy that supports team growth, employee development, retention, collaboration, tools, and fair compensation.
- Foster a people-first culture where creativity, curiosity, and collaboration thrive.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws while keeping benefits, leave programs, and policies clear and supportive.
- Work with hiring managers to identify talent needs, guide recruitment, coordinate interviews, and lead onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to team members and leadership on people and organizational topics.
- Recommend and shape Turba’s talent review and development processes.
- Use data and insights to support decisions that improve the employee experience.
- Build and continuously improve scalable, people-friendly HR and recruiting processes.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 5–7 years of experience in a senior or strategic HR role.
- You have hands‑on experience with technical and business recruiting across diverse teams and regions.
- You think strategically, stay resourceful under pressure, and pair emotional intelligence with solid operational structure.
- You’re a clear communicator who collaborates smoothly across functions and feels at home in both business and tech conversations.
- You take initiative, thrive on the variety of startup life, and aren’t afraid to wear a few hats.
- You’re analytical and enjoy using data to refine processes and measure what matters
