HR Manager – Leading General Contractor | West DFW | $70,000–$90,000
We’re representing a leading General Contractor in West DFW who are seeking an HR Manager to join their team.
This is a full-time, in-office role reporting directly into the Director of HR, supporting a business that continues to deliver some of the region’s most recognized construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor across the business on all HR matters
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive, people-first culture
- Oversee insurance administration, benefits, and compliance processes
- Support payroll and HR systems management (ADP experience is a strong advantage)
- Partner with the Director of HR on company-wide initiatives and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous HR management experience, ideally within construction or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance and employee benefits
- ADP system experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
- Someone confident, proactive, and people-focused who thrives in a fast-paced office environment
