HR Manager
Location: Naperville, IL – Hybrid role based in Chicago with 3–4 in-office days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic partner to leadership – design people programs that align with aggressive growth goals and foster a winning culture
- Full-cycle talent acquisition & onboarding for a multi-state workforce, ensuring every new hire feels like a champion from day one
- Employee relations champion – resolve issues quickly, coach leaders, and keep engagement high
- Performance & development leader – drive goal-setting, feedback, and career-pathing processes that raise the bar
- Compliance guardian across multiple states, maintaining policies, handbooks, and training that meet evolving regulations
- Comp & bonus collaborator – partner with Finance on compensation planning and quarterly bonus payouts (benefits managed by a separate team)
- Data-driven decision maker – build dashboards that translate HR metrics into business insight
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
- Strong command of federal & multi-state labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven communicator and confidential‐information steward
- Proficient with modern HRIS and MS Office suite
