Job Summary
Shape the team, build the culture. Netflix House is coming to King of Prussia mall! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. As Director of HR, you’ll oversee recruitment, development, and team engagement, ensuring our people and purpose align.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR or Business Management
- 5+ years in HR leadership
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hiring and onboarding strategies
- Support employee relations and engagement
- Manage benefits and compliance programs
- Coach managers on leadership and team development
- Drive DEI initiatives and workplace culture
- Maintain all Levy HR compliance procedures
