LHH is partnering with a tenured client who is looking for a Plant HR Manager to support their site in Duncan, SC. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources responsibilities for this blue collar manufacturing location - supporting employee relations and being a change agent in compliance and performance management. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Workforce planning and leadership development; helping to ramp up their strategic HR
Leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement and retention
Focusing on driving culture and change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
8+ years' experience in Human Resources
Blue collar manufacturing industry experience as well as people management of at least 3 direct reports
Demonstrated expertise and ability in implementing strategies and programs as well as supporting training and development!
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
