About the Position:
The Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for aligning human capital strategies with organizational objectives to drive business success. This role provides executive-level leadership across all aspects of human resources, overseeing the full employee lifecycle while fostering a positive, compliant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this role develops and executes workforce strategies that support business growth, organizational values, and long-term sustainability.
What You Will Do:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational mission, vision, and business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
- Lead and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and learning and development.
- Oversee HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and legal compliance.
- Design and execute talent strategies including recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture while leading employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members to build a high-performing HR function.
What We are Looking For:
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership or senior management roles.
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing HR strategies in complex organizations.
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership on workforce initiatives.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
