Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Human Resources Director for an on-site position located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Regional Human Resources Director will oversee HR operations across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing employee relations, and spearheading performance management programs. The role involves mentoring HR teams, implementing policies, resolving workplace issues, and collaborating with leadership to support organizational goals and maintain a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management, including strategic planning and the development of HR frameworks.
- Experience with HR policies development, implementation, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management to support staff development and address workplace challenges effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure legal compliance and advise on HR-related matters.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare or senior living industry is highly desirable.
