ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A leading global consumer and professional grooming products is seeking a high-impact Regional HR Manager to lead all Human Resources practices across Latin America. This is a strategic, senior-level role that sits at the intersection of global business direction and regional execution.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and the President of Latin America, this leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the LATAM leadership team, drive a high-performance culture, and ensure the full employee lifecycle is managed with excellence across a complex, multi-country region.
REPORTING & KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports directly to the Chief People Officer and President, Latin America.
- Partners with Regional Finance, Regional Marketing, and Country Managing Directors across the LATAM leadership team.
- Key member of the CHRO's global leadership team alongside Regional HR Directors (APAC, EMEA, NA), VP Total Rewards, and Director of Talent Development.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead regional HR strategy, tactics, and operations across the full employee lifecycle — aligned with global strategy.
- Partner with regional leadership to define long-term people strategies through talent management and organizational development.
- Guide and support local/country HR teams and Country Managers on HR, compensation, and employee engagement matters.
- Research, recommend, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, D&I, and work-life effectiveness programs.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and workforce development across the region.
- Recruit, interview, and hire management-level staff and business leaders throughout LATAM.
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions in Latin America.
- Define and monitor HR KPIs; assess organizational health and market competitiveness through data-driven insights.
- Build and manage the regional HR budget with accountability for annual spend alignment.
- Lead internal and external communications across the region; conduct training and capability-building programs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multinational organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Business, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
- Broad expertise across the entire employee experience lifecycle.
- Thorough knowledge of LATAM employment laws, regulations, and HR practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and change management capabilities.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese fluency is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
