A growing, private equity-backed technology company is seeking an HR Director to lead and scale the People function across a global employee base. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for building and optimizing HR programs, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership through a period of continued growth and evolution.
This is not a maintenance role — the right person will bring energy, ownership, and the ability to identify gaps and implement solutions that improve the overall employee experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, HR operations)
- Partner directly with leadership as the primary HR point of contact
- Build and enhance performance management and engagement programs
- Ensure compliance across multi-state and global operations
- Lead employee relations and support investigations as needed
- Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS) and reporting
- Develop scalable processes to support continued growth
What They’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (already as HR Manager or HR Director)
- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and execute HR programs (not just maintain them)
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across the business
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Additional Details:
- Hybrid in Lakewood, CO (flexibility available)
- Compensation: $130K – $150K base + strong benefits
- This role is more focused on HR operations, programs, and strategy (not payroll-heavy)
