About The Role
They are seeking an experienced
HR Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis. This role will supervise a team of 5x and sit on the Leadership Team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all HR functions for the manufacturing facility, including employee relations, recruiting, and performance management
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Drive engagement initiatives, training programs, and retention strategies
- Oversee HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions
What You Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field...HR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
