What The Role Is
You lead and oversee the delivery of corporate services and administrative support for National Service (NS) personnel, ensuring accurate, consistent and policy compliant administration while supporting operational readiness and positive NSmen experiences.
What You Will Be Working On
- Oversee NS manpower and administrative processes, including deployment, succession planning and related data governance
- Manage and ensure timely administration of performance, development, awards and recognition matters for NS personnel
- Provide oversight of HR administration, governance and compliance matters, working closely with multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate corporate services, including administrative, financial and logistical support for NS-related activities and programmes
Challenge(s)
- Managing multiple NS administrative workstreams governed by different policies, stakeholders and timelines
- Balancing governance requirements, service standards and stakeholder expectations across a complex operating environment
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in corporate services, HR administration, manpower planning or public sector administration is preferred
- Strong analytical, coordination and policy interpretation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex cases and multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability
- Sound judgement and service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to be involved in coordination beyond standard office settings
