Role Overview: We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR activities across the employee lifecycle. The role will span recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working closely with business teams to drive HR processes effectively.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and timely closure of interview assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Drive onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and new joiner experience.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS/ERP systems, Support payroll inputs.
- Manage documentation, employee letters, and policy compliance.
- Ensure adherence to institute’s HR policies.
Performance Management
- Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
- Track completion of reviews and maintain performance data.
- Assist in performance-related communication andprocess improvements.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, yearly event calendar, and communication.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support grievance handling and foster a positive work environment.
HR Projects & Coordination
- Support HR initiatives, audits, and process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs.
Skill and Ability Requirements
- Good understanding of HR policies and basic labour law compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a problem-solving approach.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment & 1 year in Generalist role.
- Strong exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in performance management processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems.
