Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team in our Newport Beach headquarters. We are a reputable and forward-thinking mid-sized law firm with 200+ attorneys across nine offices in four states, recognized for our sixth consecutive year as a Best Law Firm® by U.S. News & World Report's Best Lawyers®. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with our Recruiting Team, supporting full-cycle recruiting for attorney, legal support, and law clerk positions across all of our offices.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to evaluate alignment with role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring partners across multiple offices and time zones
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews with candidates via Zoom
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, law school alumni networks, and firm-maintained target lists
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure candidate records are accurate and current
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation
- Coordinate background and conflict checks for finalist candidates
- Assist with law school outreach, on-campus interview programs, and recruiting events as needed
- Support additional HR and administrative projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience; legal recruiting experience preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Self-motivated, reliable team player with a positive and collaborative personality
- This position is onsite at our Newport Beach office

The expected base salary range is $55,000- $70,000, depending upon experience.
