Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support daily human resources operations and general office administration. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities: Assist with maintaining HR policies and employee handbook updates Support HR operations including attendance tracking and leave management Assist with employee benefits administration and respond to inquiries Maintain employee and payroll data in HR systems (SAP, ADP, or similar) Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, or related field preferred) 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles Basic understanding of HR processes Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP, SAP preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
