Hiring: Fractional HR Manager (Part Time)
Premier Staff is seeking an experienced Fractional HR Manager to support our team and help navigate employee incidents within a company that hires and manages temporary staff.
We are looking for someone who is professional, responsive, detail oriented, and experienced in handling employee relations matters, workplace concerns, investigations, and HR compliance from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting staffing, temporary workforce environments, or other fast paced service based businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support for employee incidents and workplace concerns
- Handle employee relations matters, HR claims, and investigations from start to finish, including documentation, recommendations, and resolution
- Advise leadership on HR best practices, risk management, and compliant decision making
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and internal HR processes as needed
- Assist with policies, compliance, and performance related matters
- Help leadership navigate sensitive situations involving temporary staff in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in human resources
- Experience handling workplace investigations, employee complaints, and sensitive HR matters
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations best practices
- Ability to work independently and provide clear, practical guidance
- Strong communication, judgment, and documentation skills
Experience in staffing, hospitality, events, or temporary workforce environments is strongly preferred
Compensation:
$75 to $100 per hour, based on experience
