The Senior Human Resources Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, managing HR operations, and advising organizational leaders to foster a high-performing, compliant, and inclusive workplace. Reporting to the CHRO, this individual leads a small team and drives strategic initiatives across hiring, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, engagement, and culture-building, while embedding a seamless employee experience across processes and systems. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and change management capabilities, with responsibility for organizational effectiveness, policy development, total rewards strategy, and culture initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
