At Lifehouse, we support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruitment Professional to strengthen Lifehouse's hiring efforts.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain candidate sources through community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, media, job boards, and social media
- Screen applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and recommend top candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, prepare materials, and maintain consistent, proactive communication with hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Maintain communication with all candidates, including those not selected
- Initiate new hire clearances, including background checks and references; escalate concerns as needed
What you will bring:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Prior office and customer service experience required
- Recruitment and applicant screening experience required
- Experience completing HR or detail-oriented office documents accurately
- Experience with high volume recruitment preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from approximately $85,000.00 - 95,000.00 annually
