Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Walnut Creek, CA. The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and employee training. This role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance appraisals, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and benefits administration
- Experience in performance management and employee development
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with HR software systems and tools
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources management or leadership role
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
