Hiring: Director, Human Resources
Irving, TX
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to join a growing organization as a Director of Human Resources. This role is ideal for someone who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day HR execution, while partnering closely with leadership across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Partner with executive leadership and site leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, workforce planning, and business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and leadership development.
- Lead change management initiatives associated with growth, and continuous improvement.
People Leadership
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to HR team members, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
- Build a strong HR bench with clear expectations, development plans, and succession readiness.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Oversee and directly support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle, and execution of HR administrative and operational tasks when needed.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance.
Total Rewards & Talent Programs
- Support the design and administration of compensation, incentive, and benefits programs.
- Analyze market trends and internal data to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Partner with key stakeholders on talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
HR Technology, Administration & Analytics
- Leverage HRIS systems to improve efficiency and data integrity, including maintenance and publication of important HR documents and programs
- Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and set priorities.
- ADP experience strongly preferred.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support audits and proactively mitigate human capital-related risks.
M&A Support
- Active in HR diligence and post-acquisition integration.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Leadership experience managing HR teams
- Strong background in employee relations and multi-site environments
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a strong plus
