- Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
- Compensation: $200,000–$225,000 base + bonus + equity
- Schedule: Full-time

What will your day look like?
- Enterprise HR Leadership: Own and execute the full HR strategy across talent, culture, organizational design, and performance management.
- PE-Driven Growth Support: Partner with leadership on scaling the business, including M&A diligence, integration, and workforce planning.
- Talent Strategy: Build leadership pipelines, strengthen recruiting infrastructure, and elevate retention and engagement strategies.
- Compensation & Incentives: Design and manage competitive compensation structures, bonus programs, and long-term incentive plans aligned with PE expectations.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment across leadership and employee populations.
- HR Infrastructure: Enhance systems, processes, and policies to support a scalable, disciplined organization.
Who are you?
- Proven HR Executive: 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior leadership in a high-growth or PE-backed environment.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Comfortable operating at both the executive level and diving into tactical execution when needed.
- M&A Experience: Demonstrated success supporting acquisitions, integrations, and organizational scaling.
- Strong Business Partner: Ability to influence executives and translate business strategy into people strategy.
- Credentials: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
