As a
HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy at Honeywell. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will partner with the Process Automation and Industrial Automation business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
You will report directly to South Central Regional HR Director, and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. As a Human Resources leader at Honeywell supporting the Process Automation and Industrial Automation teams, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Directly lead the planning, integration, and execution of short and long term PA and IA wide HR initiatives, projects, and processes. This includes facilitating reviews with senior leadership, developing strategic communications, and delivering against established and ad-hoc reporting cadences.
- Operate as the talent interface for key partners and deliverables for Process Automation and Industrial Automation
- Establish and drive program/project management discipline, rigor, principles, and standards while leading and managing key talent initiatives and projects.
- Follow a data-driven approach to proactively assess organizational health to enable better business decisions related to talent, organizational structure and workforce planning.
- Drive and support change management efforts related to organizational transformation, new ways or working, team effectiveness, and cultural evolution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of exceptional experience in HR project management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
